Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of JustLearn. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Learning information

JustLearn provides educational information and practical learning resources. Unless expressly stated otherwise, material on this website is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, veterinary or other regulated advice. Users remain responsible for decisions made in their own circumstances.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, JustLearn content, course materials, branding and original media are protected by intellectual-property rights. Personal learning use is permitted. Reproduction, resale, republication or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will remain current. External links are provided for convenience and do not amount to control or endorsement of third-party services.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that restriction, JustLearn is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general educational material or from events outside our reasonable control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Excell Publishing digital-book terms

These additional terms apply to digital-book purchases from Excell Publishing on JustLearn. They take priority over the general website terms above where a purchase is concerned. They do not apply to purchases completed on a separate marketplace, which supplies its own checkout terms.

The seller

Excell Publishing is a trading name of ILBSUK LTD, company number 16538647. Our address is A12, Harben House, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, MK16 9EY, United Kingdom. For order support, complaints or cancellation, use the JustLearn contact form or hello2@justlearn.online. Include your order number where available. Do not send card details or other sensitive documents.

What you buy

The product page identifies the title, author, file format, edition, price and what is included. A digital PDF purchase provides the electronic book, not a printed copy, subscription, qualification or personalised professional advice. Individual books and collections are separate one-time purchases. A collection includes only the titles named on its product page; future publications are not included unless expressly stated. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown before payment. There is no physical delivery charge. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charge.

You need internet access to download the file and a compatible PDF reader to open it. Save a copy to your device. The book is supplied for personal learning use. You may read it on your own devices and make a personal backup, subject to rights permitted by law. Resale, public distribution or uploading the book to a shared public repository requires permission from the rights holder. Educational examples do not guarantee earnings, yields or other results.

Placing an order and delivery

Choose the product, review your basket, enter accurate billing details, review the total and applicable terms, correct any errors, and submit payment. Orders are concluded in English. A successful purchase is confirmed by an order receipt with access to the digital download. Keep the receipt and these terms for your records; this page can be saved or printed. Contact us promptly if payment is taken but you cannot access the purchased file. We will investigate and restore access or provide the remedy required by law.

Cancellation and immediate downloads

Where UK statutory cancellation rights apply, you generally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel a digital-content purchase. We will not treat that right as lost simply because you paid. If you expressly request supply during that period and acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, that right ends when supply begins, subject to the legal requirements for valid consent and confirmation. Any loss of the cancellation right depends on valid prior consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation; a general terms link alone does not remove that right. Where those requirements have not been met, your applicable cancellation right remains.

To cancel where a cancellation right applies, send a clear statement using the contact form, email or postal address above before the deadline. You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my purchase of [book title], ordered on [date], order number [number]. My name is [name] and my address is [address].” Include the date; add a signature only if sending this on paper. You do not have to use this wording. Valid cancellation refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline, normally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost.

Faulty content and complaints

Your rights if content is faulty, not as described, not fit for a stated purpose, or not supplied are unaffected by download consent. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies can include repair or replacement, a price reduction or refund. Tell us the problem and your order number so we can respond. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for foreseeable loss caused by our breach where the law makes us responsible.

Sales area and changes

Our initial direct-sales launch accepts orders from customers with a United Kingdom billing address only. You must provide accurate billing details. International direct sales are not yet available. The laws of England and Wales govern the contract without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim that apply to you. The version of the terms provided when you order applies to that purchase; later changes do not retrospectively alter it.
