How we use information
We use personal information to provide learning services, administer accounts, respond to enquiries, secure the website, maintain records and meet applicable legal obligations. We process information only where there is a valid legal basis, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, analytics or course administration, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose and any legal or record-keeping obligation.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Excell Publishing purchases
For Excell Publishing sales through this website, the seller and controller of purchase-related personal information is ILBSUK LTD, company number 16538647, at A12, Harben House, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, MK16 9EY, United Kingdom. Excell Publishing is its trading name. This section supplements the notice above for book purchases.
We collect the purchaser’s name, email address, billing address and country, order contents, payment status, transaction references, correspondence, and information needed to administer access to downloads. Technical and security records may include an IP address and records of checkout or download activity. We use these to fulfil the purchase, deliver receipts and access, provide support, handle cancellations or complaints, keep accounting records, and prevent misuse.
The legal bases are performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in secure operations, fraud prevention and handling disputes. Where consent is used, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Making a purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
FluentCart runs the store on our WordPress website. Stripe processes payments and receives payment and transaction information needed for that service. Card details entered in Stripe’s payment interface are handled by Stripe; we receive payment status and transaction references rather than full card credentials. Stripe also processes information for its own legal and fraud-prevention purposes: see Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Hosting, email and other service providers may process purchase information as needed to operate the service.
Purchase and financial records are retained for applicable accounting, tax and legal requirements; other information is kept only for the relevant operational or support purpose. Overseas service providers may process information outside the UK; applicable data-transfer safeguards must be in place. Information needed to complete an order is required for fulfilment; without it we may be unable to supply the purchase.
